My service Tech was a good guy. He was working late came down to Tucson from Phoenix and really help me understand the inner workings of my AC unit. He also gave me a quote for an up graded unit and I will definitely be following up on that. Thanks again. I really appreciate honest working people.

Hello, I just bought a new air conditioner from Orangutan Home Services. Jon came out and answered all our questions and gave us a price. We live in a manufactured home and when our air conditioner stopped working it got pretty hot. We live in Arizona and it was 108 degrees today. We get our new air conditioner tomorrow and we are like a couple kids at Christmas. We thank Jon for all his help and is a great representative for Orangutan Home Services. My overall experience with Orangutan has been horrible until and only today when Richard D came out. The ONLY one who honestly seemed to care about helping us..he deserves a raise honestly!! Customer service is important and he went well above and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of and then and only then did he leave. Whoever is in charge should really teach your technicians a class in professionalism and customer service all the way down to the people who answer your phones!! Thank you Richard for all your help you sir take pride in your job and it shows...integrity is key..you should hire more guys like Richard. Thank you so much my family and my doggies sure thank you!!

Brandon was very courteous and professional. He arrived on time and went right to work replacing our fan blower motor. I don’t know how they do it, working in the attic when its that hot up there. But he did an amazing job and had the system running in no time!

Honest and forthright. Great service and upfront pricing. Joe went ahead and did some maintenance work just because it needed to be done regardless of whether I accepted any work orders and commitment to pay for any services. Outstanding! Highly recommended and I'm a first time customer.
